Noel Winter Founding Partner and President

With a passion to protect and preserve our environment, Noel has 30 years development experience and is focusing on sustainable communities that are referenced as industry examples of just how efficient and cost effective "going green" can be. His land management and development background includes senior involvement with a $3.5 billion publicly traded Real Estate Development company.

Wayne M. Tinker Founding Partner and Vice-President

Wayne is a lawyer by training, with more than 30 years experience in corporate finance and commercial transactions. Wayne serves as a Senior Advisor and Member of the development team at Foundation Capital Corp., one of western Canada’s largest real estate syndication and development enterprises, with several hundred million dollars of assets under management.

Wayne was introduced to the Kimberley area during his tenure as an executive with a developer of assisted living facilities for seniors in 2005, and has pursued the dream of becoming part of the great Kimberley and East Kootenay community ever since.
